Emergency response is one of the pivot skills that constantly needs refreshing for operator retention. Often times plans are not even looked at until the day of the drill or until they need to execute their plan due to a release. Along with new regulations that have come out recently Direwolf is capable of gap analysis reviews of the emergency response plan and works with emergency response subject matter experts to develop training plans to address new regulation to maintain compliance.
