Direwolf Industries has operated since 2022 out of Palmdale, California.

We engineer clarity out of complexity.

Pipeline regulation is genuinely complicated, and the standard response to that complexity is to generate more of it. More reports, more binders, more billable hours spent restating the rule back to the operator who has to follow it.

We went the other direction. We built quantitative risk models that answer the question in dollars. We wrote the program manual library once so it does not have to be written again. We built a database that tracks every recurring obligation against its due date. The tools carry the complexity so the operator can see the position clearly.

A Licensed Engineer Signs the Work

Technical direction sits with a Professional Engineer licensed in California, Utah, Nevada, and Washington. Engineering judgment leaving this office carries personal professional accountability, which is a different standard than a corporate signature block.

Measured Data Governs

Our models use the best available information in a defined order: in-line inspection results, survey data, and documented history first; engineering assessment where measurement does not exist; conservative defaults where nothing is known. Estimates are never dressed up as measurements.

Direwolf is small on purpose. There is no account layer between the operator and the engineer running the analysis, and no junior staff learning your system on your budget.

Limits

Our Results State Their Own Limits

Every model we deliver carries its assumptions and boundaries in writing. Surge screening is identified as a conservative bound rather than a transient study. Risk figures are stated as decision support rather than loss prediction. That is what makes them usable in an audit.

Chief Executive Officer

Michelle leads Direwolf Industries, holding responsibility for company strategy, operations, and client relationships. She directs how the firm grows and which work it takes on.

As majority owner, Michelle holds Direwolf's certification as a Women-Owned Small Business with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Jeffrey Ewart

Chief Engineering Officer

Professional Engineer, Mechanical

Jeff leads engineering and carries technical responsibility for Direwolf's analysis and deliverables. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in mechanical engineering in California, Utah, Nevada, and Washington.

His background spans pipeline integrity management, terminal and facility operations, hydrogen conversion, and regulatory audit support. He holds corrosion and materials certifications from AMPP and an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, and authored the firm's pipeline and facility risk assessment methodologies and its program document library.
